Q: What does Randoku do?

Randoku is a Bookmark Manager. You can save bookmarks to articles, tutorials, videos or anything interesting you find online in your Randoku account privately and you can organise your bookmarks in thematic collections and classify them with relevant tags.

Q: How do I give feedback or suggest a new feature?

We are always happy to hear your suggestions or ideas of improvement. You can send us your suggestions by email at support@randoku.co or on Twitter at @TryRandoku.

Q: Is Randoku available in other languages?

Randoku is currently only available in English. However, Randoku does allow UTF-8 character sets, so you can enter content in many languages. We have plans to translate the site into other languages in the future.

Q: Are there storage limits?

No, there are currently no limits to the total number of categories, bookmarks or tags you can have.

Q: Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

No, you can sign up and use Randoku for 14 days without a credit card.

At the end of your free trial, you can choose to subscribe to the paid plan and by selecting one of the payment options available.

Q: I'm trying to create an account but it says my email is already taken.

This is usually because you have already created another account with your email address. Try logging in with the credentials you might have previously used.

If you do not remember your password, you can try resetting it.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Open Randoku in your web browser.

Click Sign in and then click Forgot your password?

Enter the email address you used to create the account. You'll need access to this email account to reset your password. Check your email inbox, and follow the instructions in the email you received

Q: How many days is the trial period?

The trial version of Randoku lasts for 14 days from the day you sign up.

Q: Can I extend my trial past the 14 days?

If you’ve been trying out Randoku, but need a little more time to make up your mind, we allow a one-time, 14-day trial extension so you can continue your evaluation. Send us an email at support@randoku.co to request an extension.

Q: Will I be charged when my trial is up?

No, you will only be charged when you decide to pay for a subscription.

Q: Does my free trial limit my access to features?

During your free trial, you will have access to all the features of the service. We may apply limitations from time to time to the number of bookmarks you can import depending on traffic.

Q: What happens at the end of my free trial?

At the end of your free trial of Randoku, you will be prompted to pay for a subscription to continue using the service. You will still have read-only access to your bookmarks after the trial ends.

Q: How much does Randoku cost?

Randoku costs $16/year.

Q: What payment types do you accept?

You can pay via PayPal or with a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard & JCB.

Q: Can I get a refund?

We refund annual subscription orders up to 30 days after the purchase date.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

After you log in to Randoku, go to the Settings page and select the Billing option.

Security

Q: Will my data be private and safe?

Randoku does its' best to keep your data private and safe. We enforce communication with our servers to be via a secure HTTPS connection, reducing the risk of people eavesdropping on your session.

Your passwords are stored encrypted and we offer OAuth authentication with Google as an alternative authentication method.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider.
